This Second Friday Studio Walk will be the last for the winter/spring 2010 season. As usual, Ginger will be demonstrating at the easel that evening. You are invited to ask questions, join in lively conversation, laugh frequently and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and light snacks. Please call for directions.

Salon International 2010 - International Museum of Contemporary Masters of Fine Art

The International Museum of Contemporary Masters, founded in 2001, is dedicated to promoting currently active artists of traditional representational art worldwide. Greenhouse Gallery of Fine Art is one of the most respected galleries in the US and has been in existence for over 27 years. Salon International has become one of the most prestigious exhibitions in the US and Ginger is honored to have the painting below accepted for inclusion in the show.

Zapata Ranch Artists Gathering
Location: Zapata Ranch

Ginger has been invited once again to participate in this wonderful artists plein air painting event. The artists will spend each day from sun-up to sun-down painting on location at the well known Zapata Ranch in south central Colorado. The ranch is owned by The Nature Conservancy and is managed by Duke and Janet Phillips. Zapata ranch maintains a herd of cattle on one 50,000 acre +- of the ranch and a herd of American Bison on the adjoining 50,000 acres + - of land. In the background are the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the Sand Dunes National Park. In late summer, a date yet to be announced, Zapata Ranch and the Nature Conservancy will host a show and sale of paintings done by artists at the Zapata Ranch Artists Gathering.

Continental Divide Land Trust Annual Plein Air Show
Location: Buffalo Mountain Gallery

Once again Ginger has been invited to participate in this annual plein air paint-out and sale. We will be painting on location in the Vail Pass area focusing on the wildflowers that are at their prime at this time of year. Proceeds from sales at the show support the Continental Divide Land Trust. You will be able to watch as artists paint in these lovely mountains, then purchase these and more at the Buffalo Mountain Gallery in the town of Frisco, Colorado.
